1. 服务说明
「心跳 HeartBeat」由 HeartBeat 团队运营，是虚构的 AI 互动剧：角色与剧情均为虚构，角色回复由 AI 实时生成，可能不准确，不构成任何真实建议。
2. 使用规范
不得利用本应用从事违法或侵害他人权益的行为。你可以在聊天中长按消息、在动态里或剧情页举报不当内容，我们会处理。
3. 虚拟商品
会员与心动币一经购买并交付即视为消费，具体见下方《退款政策》。
4. 账号
你可以随时删除账号：App 内「我的」›「删除账号」，或访问 删除账号页面。详见《隐私政策》。
5. 变更
我们可能不时更新内容与条款，重大变更会在应用内提示。
6. 免责
在法律允许的范围内，本应用按"现状"提供，不对可用性作绝对保证。
退款政策
- 订阅会员：为自动续费订阅，可随时取消，取消后当前周期结束不再扣费；已开始的周期一般不退。通过 App Store / Google Play 购买的订阅，请在系统的订阅管理中取消。
- 心动币：虚拟货币一经充值到账即视为消费，原则上不支持退款；未使用余额如需退款请联系客服个案处理。
- 误购 / 未到账：如遇重复扣款或已付款未到账，请携订单号联系客服核实处理。
- 通过 App Store / Google Play 完成的支付，退款以其平台规则与时效为准；网页版支付由 Creem 处理，退款以其结算规则为准。
- 法定不可放弃的消费者权利不受本政策限制。

1. The service
HeartBeat is operated by the HeartBeat team and is a fictional AI interactive drama: all characters and plots are fictional, character replies are generated by AI in real time, may be inaccurate, and are not real advice.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights. You can report inappropriate content by long-pressing a chat message, or from a post in the feed or the story screen; we will review it.
3. Virtual goods
Membership and coins are deemed consumed once purchased and delivered; see the Refund Policy below.
4. Your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Me › Delete account, or on the account deletion page. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Changes
We may update content and terms from time to time; material changes will be noted in the app.
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
Refund Policy
- Membership: subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the current period ends. Started periods are generally non-refundable. Subscriptions bought through the App Store / Google Play must be cancelled in the system subscription settings.
- Coins: virtual currency is deemed consumed once credited and is generally non-refundable; for unused balance, contact support for case-by-case review.
- Wrong or undelivered charges: for duplicate charges or paid-but-not-delivered orders, contact support with your order number.
- Purchases made through the App Store / Google Play follow those platforms' refund rules and timing; web payments are processed by Creem and follow its settlement rules.
- Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived are unaffected.
